Registered General Nurse

For the 2020/2021 academic year, the PRIGO COLLEGE has prepared for its students a new, promising and desired course within the regulated profession of Registered General Nurse. The classes are taking place in the modern classrooms of our partner PRIGO College in Havířov. Our school has undergone a demanding process and received a recommendation from the Ministry of Health for both full-time and part-time studies. The graduates receive the associate degree (DiS.). Currently, it is possible to submit preliminary applications in the standard on-line application. Immediately after the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports has decided to enrol the course in the school register, which is expected to take place in January 2020, the admission procedure will be processed and the applicants will be notified in writing and by phone. The application fee for this course is not paid this year. The PRIGO College designs the Registered General Nurse course in a way that students can make the most of their talents and become sought-after professionals in their fields.

The training of doctors and non-medical health professionals is closely linked. Our primary goal is to prepare our graduates to independently provide holistic, primary nursing care in all types of health, social and community care facilities. In cooperation with physicians, our graduates will be engaged in preventive, curative, diagnostic, rehabilitative, emergency and dispensary care. Students will be taught under the guidance of experienced and qualified physicians with long-term experience in patient care. Practical training will be taking place in over thirty contractual facilities. Graduates receive the DiS degree upon the completion of studies.
